በእነ ደብረፅዮን የክስ መዝገብ ከተከሰሱ 62 ተከሳሾች መካከል 19ኙ ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው ክሱ በጽሑፍ እንዲደርሳቸው ተደረገ

በእነ ዶ/ር ደብረፅዮን ገብረሚካኤል የክስ መዝገብ ከተከሱ 62 ተከሳሾች መካከል 19ኙ ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው ክሱ በጽሑፍ እንዲደርሳቸው ተደርጓል። በዚህ መሠረትም አቶ ስብሐት ነጋ እና ወ/ሮ ኬሪያ ኢብራሂምን ጨምሮ በሽብር ወንጀል የተከሰሱ 19 ተከሳሾች ፍርድ ቤት ቀርበው ክሱ በጽሑፍ ደርሷቸዋል።

ሁለት ተከሳሾች ለማረሚያ ቤቱ ትዕዛዝ ሲሰጥ ስማቸው ባለመካተቱ ምክንያት ፍርድ ቤት መቅረብ አለመቻላቸው ተመላክቷል፡፡ እንደ ኤፍቢሲ ዘገባ፣ በችሎቱ ያልተገኙት ዶ/ር ደብረፅዮንን ጨምሮ 41 ተከሳሾችን ለማቅረብ አሁን ላይ በትግራይ ክልል ያለው የፀጥታ ሁኔታ እንዳስቸገረው ፖሊስ ለፍርድ ቤቱ አብራርቷል። በችሎቱ ሰፊ የሰነድ ማስረጃ የቀረበ ሲሆን፣ ዐቃቤ ሕግ ያላቀረበው የተንቀሳቃሽ ምሥል ማስረጃ እንዳለውም ተገልጿል።

ፍድር ቤቱ ክሱን ለማንበብ እና ያልቀረቡ ሁለት ተከሳሾች እንዲቀርቡ ለነሐሴ 11 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ተሰጥቷል።
