The ruling Prosperity Party (PP) and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have agreed to enhance their strategic partnership.
Vice President of the Prosperity Party, Adem Farah has briefed the International Relations Minister of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Liu Jianchao on latest developments in Ethiopia concerning the Green Legacy Initiative and related issues.
Appreciating the Chinese Communist Party for the ongoing development and economic growth in China, Adem Farah told Liu Jianchao that PP has registering promising results through implementation of homegrown policies.
PP has been taking good lessons from the CCP in the implementation of its policies and strategies. Liu Jianchao, for his part said Ethiopia has been playing a big role for peace and security in the East African Region, reiterating commitment of his party to cement ties with its Ethiopian counterpart.
